A true blue blog is a personal space where I yap about my days. Though the site is not blue, I do write truly, typing as I'm thinking then without much editing. I've always known true blue as a concept and then as a boygenius song, so I thought it'd be a nice blog name since the first letters of the word pair are also my name's initials, tb.
I've kept journals and a notebook collection in the majority of my life of 2 decades and counting, but this is the first time I have ever shared my writing publicly. I wish to write about little bits and pieces of my life here and there. Hopefully to get to know myself better, and I think future me would appreciate it that her thoughts and memories are immortalized in such a way. Everything I will ever post here is a journal entry only in different forms if we really think about it (read more).

she/her, in my 20s, based in the Philippines, living in the city with my girlfriend. I love to cook and care for our apartment. I go out of my way so that I get to taste great food (like this one time), try any activity, or simply see beautiful places. I support this lifestyle with a corporate job.
Reading, writing, walking, lifting, researching, organizing or planning - at any moment of when I have free time, I'm probably doing one of these. I love reading maps, riding trains and navigating as a whole. My favorite snacks are the ones that you eat like how a squirrel would (nuts and seeds with shells that you have to open). In person, friends say I smile a whole lot. I can also get pretty talkative...! I think that reflects in my writing - most are in long form and I tend to jump topics. Though I'm still getting used to the habit of linking.
I think I did pretty great on this one!
