snap #031: a busy morning in our kitchen
I feel very fulfilled after having lunch today at our apartment :D
It's a Saturday and weekends where it's only me and r and it's our day-off are days that honestly keep me going. This morning, we've gone and done a lot of things in our kitchen - r made homemade yogurt & our stash of ginger shot for the week then I roasted garlic heads in the air fryer & did a fried chicken no-breading recipe that has always been somewhat a regular in our weekend days. Poaching the chicken + pan-frying takes a lotta work but pays off so much. Love this day
